但是它有幾個缺點，在隨身碟上用 NTFS ͙些缺點可能很致ͽϸ

一、NTFS 是日誌檔案系統，洯次檔案Ķ寫都更改系統資訊，對於系統崩潰後的虿它Є優點〱隨身碟本身並不常當做系統Є主碟，對隨身碟Կ言，這樣Є特其實很多餘。於是大量的讀寫會͠成隨身碟的讀寫次數快͟攻ɡ?/p>

二、NTFS 是微軟專利，如果在其他未쾮軟授權的佲ץ系統上處?NTFS 是很機車Є事情，
